Oxendale, who was travelinfg Tuesday morning, was not immediately available. He joinedc the hospital 14 years ago asits CFO. He became COO in 2000 and replacedd Ron Violi as presidenft and CEOin 2005. Oxendale dropper the president title when he took the post at the foundation last year.
