The Early Advantage Partnership, which leadersx from the two colleges will signnext week, will allow participants from Yuba Collegs to use Chapman’s advisinvg services and academic catalogs, participate in information sessions, and to transfef credit through the use of online and personalized advising, a news releas e said Tuesday.
